North Central Alabama Substance Abuse Council is a nonprofit organization that is contracted with the state of Alabama to provide mandated Court Referral Education Programs
NCASAC is currently governed by an eight member board of directors that meets quarterly during the fiscal year. The Board of Directors appoints an Executive Director that serves as chief administrator of the program. NCASAC Board Meetings are held Quarterly at the Administrative Office in Cullman, Alabama.
